Note: Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff policies, shipments to the United States may experience additional delays during customs clearance. We appreciate your patience as we work to minimize any disruptions.

 

Multiple Parcels & Boutique Origins

All Nowhere Near pieces come straight from the independent boutiques we partner with around the world. If your order includes items stocked in different locations, they’ll ship separately. You’ll receive a unique tracking email for each parcel, but you’ll never be charged more than the shipping total shown at checkout.

 

International Duties & Taxes

All product prices on nwnear.com are shown exclusive of local duties, VAT, and import taxes. These fees are set by your country’s customs authority and collected by the carrier prior to delivery. Nowhere Near is not able to predict or cover these charges.

 

Shipping Costs

  • FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 USD or more (before taxes & duties) to all destinations we serve.
  • Orders under $150 USD: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your parcel is on its way you’ll get an email with a live tracking link.
  • If you have a Nowhere Near account, you can also log in and select My Orders → Order Status to watch every scan event in real time.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Email support@nwnear.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with simple next steps and a return ID.
  3. Ship the item back in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Important notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service—Nowhere Near isn’t liable for packages lost in transit.
  • Merchandise that shows signs of wear or arrives outside our 14-day window will be sent back to you without credit.
  • Made-to-order and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
