Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Email support@nwnear.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with simple next steps and a return ID.
  3. Ship the item back in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Important notes
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service—Nowhere Near isn’t liable for packages lost in transit.
  • Merchandise that shows signs of wear or arrives outside our 14-day window will be sent back to you without credit.
  • Made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
